I’d keep the downstairs room with the exercise equipment as the living room and use the kitchen area as all kitchen and dining. With three bedrooms upstairs plenty of room for me and guess that I don’t wanna stay too long.

If a geometra could figure out a way to reconfigure the stairs, I would put the kitchen and dining in the Cantina. Have the middle floor as the living room (siggorna) and the upstairs bedroom. Could the terrace wall be lowered so you could have a view? It has a lot of potential.

Love the location. I would need an actual garage so I could get a lawn mower and whack/mow down all that grass in the common area, and keep it mowed since no one else is. Like all the storage underneath and the inside is very well done. Also looks like an easy drive straight south to Genoa area to play on the coast! A big benefit not to mention the Alps, France etc, is all near by!! Wow.
